(sigh) Mommy made me pose in my new winter ensemble so that she could show off her sewing skills. She made the hat and mittens for me, since my head was a bit too big for toddler hats at the store. How do I look?

Mommy is thrilled that I've started looking at books on my own. This way, she and Daddy don't have to read the same book over and over and over and over to me. But, I still like being read to once in a while. Usually I read behind Daddy's big recliner, where Mommy has made me a book-nook, but it's hard for Mommy to get pictures of me back there.

This was not a good day for me. I had been awake since 3am, on and off, crying. Two days ago I got some shots, and I'm teething molars. I spent a lot of the day laying around on the couch like this, or on Mommy.

I was actually very whiney this day, although you can't tell here.

I'm actually signing "please", but it's hard to tell in this picture. We have video proof, though!

I do say, I think I like this new look of mine. 

Mommy says:

You know I'm still enormous when....

...we are still in the doctor office waiting room and one of the assistance looks out and says, "Wow! He is so big!! What, is he like, 7 now?" in front of everyone.

...I'm only 14 and a half months, but I weigh 29 lb.

...my head is so big that my doctor asks my mommy if big heads run in our family (this is the THIRD time she's asked)

...I'm only 14 and a half months, but I'm 35 inches tall.

...my doctor says I'm above the 95th percentile in all categories for my age.


And people said I'd taper off...HA!

My second Halloween, and this time, we aren't just taking pictures. I get to go out and trick or treat, too!

They tell me if I wear this froggy outfit, people will just hand me free candy!! Can you believe it?? Hehe...candy.

Daddy carried me through the Trunk or Treat at a local church in our neighborhood. Mommy was on photo detail.
